1. Is all my information secure?
Security for our customers has always been one of our top priorities. This Casino and iDollar both use the SSL
Protocol to provide privacy and reliability between two communicating applications. SSL uses 128 bit encryption,
which ensures server and client authentication. This is done through encrypted algorithms and cryptographic
keys.
What all this means is that before any data is sent from you, the client, to
the server, or vice versa, the data is encrypted before it is transmitted. This will make it impossible for anyone
to break this code and gain any confidential information.
Also be careful when you choose your login and password. We recommend you
choose a login and password that cannot easily be connected to you, your family or gaming. We strongly advise
against code words like Casino, cash, password or money. Never forget your login, password and PIN
number.
2. Who do I contact about my concerns?
If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service staff and they'll be more
than happy to answer you.
3. Is gambling on the Internet legal?
Every region throughout the world has different laws, and they change from time to time, so we can't really answer
that question. To be sure, you should contact your local legal representatives to answer any of your
questions.
4. What do I do if I get disconnected?
If you happen to be in the middle of a game and you get disconnected for some reason, there is no need to panic.
The exact state of your game will have been saved and will be restored when you reestablish your connection and
restart the casino. You can then continue exactly from where you left off. This only applies if you are in the
middle of a game or placing a wager. We want you to be protected from any accidental monetary loss.
5. How are the odds created for the games?
The odds for both real money and playing for fun modes are created by a random number generator that resides on our
server. For all card-based games, the deck or decks of cards are shuffled prior to each hand being
dealt.
6. What is iDollar?
iDollar is the third party company that is used to conduct all real money transactions. It ensures a secure gateway
when setting up your account and provides all foreign currency changes.
7. What is my PIN number and how do I get it?
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw funds from Trojan Casino. It is an
additional security step to ensure that only you can access money in your account. Your PIN number will be sent via
regular mail within 48 hours to the address that you specified during registration.
8. Do I have to pay taxes on my winnings?
Paying taxes on your winnings depends upon the jurisdiction within which you reside. Trojan Casino will not provide
details of individual's net proceeds or losses. This is up to the individual to declare to the proper
authorities.
9. How old do I have to be to play for real money?
No one under the age of 18 years will be allowed to play for real money. We have provided a play for fun version of
Trojan Casino for those who are under the age of 18 or reside in a jurisdiction that prohibits Internet
gaming.
10. How do I continue to play for fun if I run out of V-Chips?
To get more funds when playing For Fun, select "MONEY" from the menu bar. Then select "DEPOSIT" from the ATM
screen. Fill in the amount you would like to "deposit" to your account in the USD (US Dollars) field up to $2000
each time. However, you may deposit $2000 (or any amount for that matter) as many times as you like.
11. How much is the Play for Fun like the Play for Real version?
Both the Play for Fun and the Play for Real use identical software on our servers. The only difference is that one
is for fun and the other is for real money.
12. Can there be bugs in the software?
It is possible. If you do come across a problem, we have 24 hour phone and e-mail support. If you have any concern
about the rules, implementation, or consistency of any game please contact our Customer Service. If the problem
cannot be immediately solved, the case will be investigated using the game logs of the server and if something is
found to be wrong, our development team will assess the problem and fix it.
13. If I withdraw money from my iDollar account back to my credit card, how
long does it take to show up on my statement?
When withdrawing from your iDollar account back to your credit card, it will take anywhere from 3-5 business days
to show up on your credit card statement. If 5 business days have passed, please contact the bank who issued you
the credit card and ask them if they see a credit from iDollar pending. If they do not, please contact Customer
Service.
14. What are deposits to my iDollar account charged as?
Deposits to your iDollar account via credit cards get charged as purchases.
